Arrival
Directions to The Nottingham Belfry Hotel are available on this website, or by calling the hotel on 0115 973 9393. As you arrive at the hotel follow the drive down towards the hotel, the general Car Park is situated on your right. Parking bays specifically allocated for blue badge holders can be found at the beginning of the middle two rows of parking.
Reception
As you enter the hotel you will find reception on your right where you will be offered a personalised check in service. Assistance is available for help with your luggage, locating your room and familiarising yourself with the hotel. Please don't hesitate to tell us how we could make your stay more enjoyable.

Bedrooms
The Nottingham Belfry Hotel has six accessible bedrooms. Two rooms are equipped with shower and four with accessible baths. The bathrooms are designed with wider doors for easier wheelchair access and appropriate bathroom grab rails. Emergency pull cords in the rooms link directly to reception - assistance will be provided as soon as the alarm in reception sounds. Lift access is available to all rooms and each room interconnects with another for family and friends accommodation.
Lift
All of our bedrooms are accessible via a lift. This is located to the right of reception. The lift dimensions are as follows: door opening 900mm; depth of lift car 1.6m; width of lift car is 1m. A wheelchair is available at reception if required.
Public areas
The Lawrence, Oaks Bar and Lounge, centre courtyard area, and accessible public disabled toilet are all located on the ground floor.
Reflections Leisure and Spa
Reflections Leisure & Spa area is situated on the upper ground floor and is fully accessible from the car park with its own dedicated entrance. A lift to access the leisure areas from the hotel is located along the corridor between the Chatterley's meeting rooms and Oaks Bar and Lounge. A unisex accessible toilet, changing room and shower area with lockers is located on the left hand side as you move towards the swimming pool. An additional accessible toilet is located on the 1st Floor of the Leisure area near the Gym workout room, Aerobics Studio and Reflections Spa. The poolside area has a hoist to transfer you in and out of the pool or spa bath. The Steam room and Sauna is located to the right of the swimming pool and is accessible to wheel chair users.
Reflections Spa is located on the 1st floor and is fully accessible by lift. The Spa is equipped with Hydraulic tables and wider entrances for wheelchair access. To book a treatment, please call our Spa for a personal consultation to discuss your requirements.
Conferences and functions
If you are attending a conference or a function then all of our rooms are located on the ground floor of the hotel. A floor layout plan is available from the hotel by calling 0115 973 9393. A portable infra red conference induction loop is available for use in the conference rooms.
Please notify your conference organiser prior to arrival at the hotel of any additional requirements you may have.
