From your initial enquiry you can be assured that you will be dealt with in a professional and welcoming manner.
A brochure will be forwarded to you immediately and a showround of our facilities arranged within days.
Once you have confirmed your Wedding Reception your Wedding Co-ordinator will be on hand to advise and assist in your arrangements right up until that important day.
Choice of Four Civil Ceremony Suites
We have four licensed Civil Ceremony suites seating up to 200 guests and one Reception Suite seating up to 120 guests for your Wedding Breakfast and 160 guests for your Evening Function.
All Suites are situated on the ground floor, offer air conditioning and natural daylight and the Ragley Suite has an adjoining private bar.
Four Star Comfort
All 102 stylish, air-conditioned guest rooms are en-suite and offer everything you would expect of a 4 star hotel.

Prior to the Big Day we will introduce you to the Manager who will be looking after you on the day, the Chef to ensure you are happy with menu selections and to offer any advice or alternatives.
We are there to ensure in advance that on the day, all you have to do is meet and greet your guests, relax and enjoy yourselves.
Naming and Renewal of Vows Ceremonies
We are also licensed to accommodate Naming Ceremonies and Renewal of Vows Ceremonies in our function suites, so why not celebrate your event with us and our professional team.
Book your Wedding Reception, Naming Ceremony or Renewal of Vows Ceremony on a Friday or Sunday and receive a 10% discount.
Confirming your Booking
We ask that you confirm your booking with a deposit of £1,000.00 within four weeks of making the provisional booking.
This will hold your special date.
Please note this deposit is non-refundable.
Menus
The hotel has award winning cuisine and can produce for you your own personal menus for your tables.
We are also happy to offer help with table plans and place names if required.
