On arrival at the hotel by car, proceed directly to the front entrance on the left, you will see one dedicated car parking bay, and if you follow the turning circle around, three more are clearly indicated to your left.
A ramped pathway is to the left of the main steps which will allow you access to the hotel's main foyer and reception area. A porter will collect your luggage whilst you are checking in.
Reception
At reception, you will be offered a personalised check-in service, during which time the facilities of the hotel will be explained to you.
Available at reception, are the following accessible aids: if you feel that you may require the use of any of these items, please ask at the time of booking (if applicable) so that we can ensure they are ready for you on your arrival.

Bedrooms
Stratford Manor has five bedrooms designed to be more accessible to our guests in wheel chairs. These are located close to both our lifts, and as there is a slight floor level difference between reception and these bedrooms, the lift would need to be used for guests using wheel chairs.
The windows can be opened from low level but if you are having difficulty, please contact reception.
Bar
The bar is on two levels and is situated close to reception; it can be accessed by four steps to the upper level or through a set of double doors just off the main reception corridor.
Restaurant
Is on one level and can be easily accessed from the lower bar or by a set of double doors situated 25 metres from reception. This is a bright airy restaurant with plenty of space between tables.
Public toilets
We have one accessible public toilet situated 10 metres from reception close to our Reflection's Leisure Club. Our other main toilets for the ground floor areas, are located close to the restaurant.
Reflections leisure
Reflections is situated close to reception and on the same level. A member of the Reflections team will assist you with access to the pool - a hoist is available to gently lower you in and out of the pool.
The spa pool, swimming pool and steam room are accessible to wheel chair users.
Meeting rooms
If you are attending a meeting with us, we have thirteen meeting rooms in total, of which seven are on the same level as reception. All the other meeting rooms are accessed by stairs with no lift available. For further information on the floor layouts please visit our conference pages on this website.. As mentioned earlier, an infra red induction loop and a portable induction loop are available.
Terrace area & ground
These can be accessed off the main reception corridor by a set of double doors: please ask reception for directions. The Terrace is on one level as are the drives and car parking areas around the hotel. The grounds do extend to 26 acres so there are some hilly areas.
